5. Кавычки и тире. С клавиатуры без дополнительных средств или сочетаний клавиш нельзя ввести правильные виды кавычек (вместо них употребляют знаки дюйма) и тире (вместо которого — дефис). Для полиграфических верстальщиков это никогда не было проблемой, для веб-верстальщиков часто этот факт почему-то встает непреодолимой стеной.
